Terms and conditions
1.Purpose of the Service
The company offers online Spanish classes through individual or group sessions, adapted to the student's needs.
2. Access and Registration
To access the classes, the student must register on the platform, providing accurate and updated information.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided during classes (materials, recordings, etc.) is the exclusive property of the company and is protected by copyright.
4. Student Responsibilities
The student agrees to:
Attend scheduled classes punctually.
Not to share his/her access with third parties.
To use adequate equipment and internet connection for the classes.
5. Modifications to the Service
The company reserves the right to modify the structure, schedules or prices of the classes, notifying the students in advance.
Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
The student has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify his/her decision and without incurring additional costs, within 5 calendar days after contracting the service, provided that he/she has not started receiving the classes.

2. Procedure to Request Refund
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the student must notify their decision by email to the address provided on the platform.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Refund
No refund will be made if the student has started taking classes before exercising the right of withdrawal.
4. Partial Refunds
In case of partial cancellation of classes (for example, in class packages), the amount corresponding to the classes not taken will be refunded.

Cancelation & No-show Policy
1. Cancellation by the Student
A student may cancel a scheduled class at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
2. No Show or Late Cancellation
If the student does not show up for class or cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the class will be considered as having been given and no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation by the Company
In the event that the company must cancel a class for reasons beyond the student's control, a new class date will be offered or, if this is not possible.
